  2. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a teacher website.
  3. You are responsible for any material on your teacher website.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  5. You are solely responsible for any content, assignments, images, data, links, information, or any other information that is added or present on your website.

Photography

  1. ClassConnection.org is not responsible for any photography uploaded to your teacher website. You are responsible for following any district, local, or state laws that require any permission slips to use any school or classroom photography.
  2. You may not use any photography that is of ill nature such as violence or nudity.
  3. ClassConnection.org has the right to delete and/or ban any member that violates these terms without warning.

Teacher Information

  1. ClassConnection.org will not sell or redistribute your email address or other account information to any outside companies.

Website Architecture

  1. The teacher login area of this website was built for maximum performance in Internet Explorer 6.0+ and FireFox 1.5+. (AOL users may experience limited use)

Payments & Fees

  1. Any prepaid fees cannot be reimbursed.
  2. Monthly signups can be cancelled at any time. Any payments already paid to Class Connection will not be reimbursed but payments following will be stopped immediately.

General Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to terminate ClassConnection.org service or related services for any reason, at any time without any notice.
  2. We reserve the right to alter these 'Terms of Use' at any time.
